A friend tells u a person close to her is suffering from a terminal illness. what will u do hearing that?
Get terribly upset and think of nothing else all day
listen with sympathy and comfort your friend
listen politely but with detachment - after all, all teh dying person (woman/man) is not a personal friend of urs!!!
i never confronted with a prob like this- so i dont know
