Ingredients - Chicken 1&1/2 kg
- Garlic 1 table spoon (paste)
- Garm masala I tea spoon
- Poppy seed 2 tea spoon
- Red paper 2 tea spoon
- Salt as required
- Onion 150 grams (chopped)
- Ginger I tea spoon (paste)
- Coconut 2 tea spoon (powder)
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Ghee 1 cup
How to cook Cut out chicken in four pieces and wash it. Dry the water. Now put the ghee n fry the onion even its get brown. Now in same ghee put the chicken in it and cook it. Then add the mixture of garlic, ginger garm masala and yogurt in it but continue move the spoon.
Now add the coconut powder and poppy seed add in it. Mix it as well and cover it. When yogurt water dry putt off from the stove. Now serve with hot naan salads.
