My mother died when i was a kid. Recent, my father died in fatal car accident when he was coming back home from business trip with his car, his car collided with luxurious bus and he died at a spot. Since the death of my father i have tried for the bank to release the money to me but they refused because of my age. The bank wants me to appoint my guardian that can receive the money for me, so that the bank will comply and transfer the money immediately. Again, the bank manager told me that my late father placed some conditions in the account and one of those conditions says that, i can not have access in the money in my father's absent until i reach 24yrs and since my father is not alive i am allowed to appoint somebody (guardian) so that the bank will process the release and transfer the money immediately.
Because of the situation and problems around me, I wish to seek your consent for me to appoint you to the bank for the transfer of the money to your account since i can not receive it here due to my age as in the deposit conditions.
