So here i sit with HIV,i do not ask,oh Y me,i am happy with what i got,bets thats surprising to alot,Doors have been opened can't u see?that otherwise wouldn't be open to me,i go to conferences & meetings,& all kinds of greetings are exchanged by one & all,Warriors true,HIV can happen to you,so dont be surprised & open your eyes,& look at your community,you will see that HIV is a deadly disease still killing our friends & foes,But just for today i am happy to say,i am HIV+ & my name is joe! written just now by james "joey" gough,Nov 7 /07

SO YA I AM JUST Getting back from the leadership Traing part deux!!I advise anyone that is HIV+ & lives in Ontario Canada to check with their local ASO & apply.Its free food at a nice hotel,but it isnt a holiday,Its alot of hard work about the differing kinds of meetings,how to organize run & facilitate meetings,as well as a 10 minute talk on any subject you desire.When i got up to talk i blanked-everything i had prepared to say has suddenly dissapeared,leaving me shaking & nervous standing in fromt of a group of peers.I took a deep breath & recalled a memory & just whent on from there,turned out pretty good after all.So now onto leadership training level 3 eh fol;ks!!But for all the rest of you PHA=person having HIV-aids,i encourage yous all to go to you local ASO =aids service organization & sign up for this program,you will learn to  develope your skills ~!!!!PEACE N LOVE NOT WARS N WALLS EH FOLKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So today was perfect with the temp hitting 21c.there was a cool breeze & that made it all the better!Dean is downgraded & is now a level 2 hurricane.The shuttle landed safely back onto earth.A hole was found & they were worried about the return flight.My GF & i seem to be growing further apart.She is hooked on crack & wants to go back to that lifestyle,i have kept her clean for 2 weeks,but now she is steadily growing anxious & i know its only a matter of time before she is gone useing crack again.None for me thanks~~!!!
