2) Ask He/she to be your valentine for the particular Valentines Day (V.D) 14th February.
3) If he/she permits, i.e when both of u are ready for being the Couple(pair , friends etc).... post us ur name before 14th ....
4) the couple scraps will be seen i.e how much have they send cards expressing ther love, friendship or what ever !
5) The Best Couple Will be Chosen and Awarded with a goodies(no charges apply).
6) The Unique way of proposal will be given first preference and will be awarded with sweet goodies too.
