ok then lemme tell you ..... when u install MS word.... in tool menu there is a option speech just click it, if language bar is not visible on taskbar of window, i would appear on the screen, then click the microphone, and Dictation option, and dictate what you want to. if u want to use this on notepad change the settings of language bar.
its had no nothing with the narrator , narrator is just for the narration, not for the typing
